Probé un café Bourbon rosa con notas a chocolate y frutos rojos, a pesar de no ser la mejor preparación, se percibe una buena dedicación en la taza del café, pedí un chemex, se presenta un regusto amargo, una acidez ligera que perdura, el café es de cuerpo ligero y se siente ligeramente frutal El ambiente a parte de los gritos del barista por el partido, es bastante agradable."

"Excelente café, al ser café de origen sientes la diferencia entre otros cafés. La pastelería es deliciosa y se percibe muy fresca. Es mi café favorito en Fusagasugá. Un aspecto a mejorar es el servicio, ya que muchas veces hay solo una persona atendiendo, preparando y cobrando, lo que hace que se demore todo."
